24 February 2017 6:25pm – Planting Guide for March

March is the traditional kick-off to the planting year here in the subtropics, and although the actually start of cooler, autumn weather seems to be getting later each year, its still worth a go at putting in some of the more warm-tolerant autumn and winter vege ahead of cooler weather. Tomatoes in particular will value the last of the warm weather to get them started, without the presence of many summer pests.

Here is the compete list of Justin Russell’s suggestions for March for all of Australia’s climate zones: https://www.organicgardener.com.au/blo‚Ķ/march-planting-guide
