Looks like the El Nino will be decreasing over the next few months, but rainfall will still be about average for now. March, however, will continue to give above average temps, before cooling back to average in April, so it might be a good idea to hold off on putting in the cool/temperate climate/winter crop until this happens (the seeds/seedlings won’t be as heat-stressed and you won’t go through as much water).
